Facility Rental at Finn Center
The Community School of Music and Arts at Finn Center is available to meet your rental needs, whatever they may be: corporate function, performance, workshop, meeting, film preview, or other special milestone event.
Recognized for its striking architecture, this state-of-the-art, 25,000 square-foot facility - the recipient of numerous awards, including the prestigious international 2004 BusinessWeek/Architectural Record Award for design excellence - offers a welcoming, functional and inspirational backdrop for professional and private events.
And because Finn Center is first and foremost designed to serve the arts, renters reap the benefits of outstanding acoustics, soaring spaces, and unparalleled accessibility. Conveniently located, within walking distance of Caltrain and other public transportation -- and only minutes from major freeways, hotels and downtown Mountain View's bustling restaurant scene - the venue is suited both for one-day retreats or week-long trainings.
As practical as it is beautiful, Finn Center offers flexibility and diverse rental configurations, including: rehearsal studios; Cleary Ensemble Room; Reay Recital Room; and the serene, 200+ seat Tateuchi Hall.
General Rental Policies
Arts education organizations will receive priority. CSMA will rent to organizations and individuals within the constraints of our mission. Certificate of Insurance is REQUIRED for Tateuchi Hall.

Individual practice room

Tateuchi Hall

Hourly:
$175 (community/non profit groups) - 4-Hour Minimum $750
$375 (corporate/special events) - Minimum $1500
Rate includes Hall, vestibule & Green Room use, one event manager, setup and janitorial fees.
Reay Recital Room
Capacity: 60
Hourly: $175 - 2-Hour Minimum $350
Rate includes piano and event manager.
Cleary Ensemble Room
Capacity: 30
Hourly: $125 - 2-Hour Minimum $250
Rate includes piano and event manager.
Miscellaneous Additional Fees
- Steinway piano rental - $150
- Piano tuning (optional) - $150
- Additional technician/staff - $40 to $75 per hour
- All rentals require - $100 deposit
- 30-day cancellation notice required for deposit refund
- Audio/Visual equipment rentals on request
