Sharing your time and skills is extremely valuable
to us. We need volunteer assistance in a number of areas:
 Special Events (helping hands at concerts,
hanging art for exhibits, etc.)
Office Support (greeting the public, filing,
answering phones, etc.)
Local flier and poster delivery
Art classes and camps (assisting instructors
and students)

Special Events Volunteers
Assist with CSMA's ArtSalute Gala at Menlo Circus Club. Saturday, March 31. Silent Auction set-up, registration, greeting, etc. (Adults)
Arts Camp Classroom Aides
Needed for the vacation week of April 9 through 13; also for Summer 2007. Arts & Digital Arts Camps, Music Workshops and Sound Samplers. (Ages 15 years and above)
Prep Assistant(s) for Preschool Art & Birthday Party Programs
Weekly, after school. Cutting, sorting, counting, arranging materials for upcoming projects. Fun! Bring a friend! (Ideal for middle and high school students)
ON-GOING VOLUNTEER NEEDS
Concert Hall Ticket Takers/Ushers/Front
House Management
Help with periodic lectures, concerts, art exhibit receptions. Appropriate for Adult & Teen Volunteers. Normally Sunday afternoons & Thursday evenings.
Mailing Team
Periodic collating, labeling and/or stamping time-sensitive mailings. Sometimes these tasks can be done at home
Catalog Distribution Team
Twice times a year teams of volunteers deliver CSMA
Catalogs to local schools and public places.
