Donor Spotlight on
Robert & Jan FenwickThe Community School
of Music and Arts (CSMA) at Finn Center is honored to have
the friendship and support of "Great Givers" Dr. Robert and Jan Fenwick.
"Jan and
I are pleased to support CSMA at Finn
Center because we know just how important the arts are in inspiring
creativity and
innovation," Bob
recently told CSMA. "The arts expand our potential and ensure an educated, successful society." CSMA is grateful for Bob and Jan Fenwick's friendship
and longstanding leadership support of CSMA's music and arts education
programs. The Fenwick's first gift to CSMA was in 1987 to help
expand our facility, then located on Martens Avenue at Huff Elementary
School.
Nearly 20 years later, Bob and Jan continue their important involvement
as Annual Fund supporters and generous Cornerstone Program donors
to CSMA's $11.7 million capital campaign. As 2001-04 Capital Leadership
Committee Co-Chair, Bob will forever be remembered for
his instrumental role in securing the $2 million lead gift
to ensure success of the Finn Center campaign, and for his introduction of numerous
new friends
and community members to CSMA.

of St. John, and he along with his wife Jan, is a passionate San Francisco
Opera goer and supporter.
