Visual Arts Teacher
CSMA’s Visual Arts Program offers an accessible education venue at which to begin, resume or continue creating art. Our comprehensive program provides a diverse choice of level-appropriate, small classes providing individualized attention in a supportive, non-graded environment.
CSMA offers once a week arts classes to elementary school age children, teens or adults. The Visual Arts Teacher reports to the Visual Arts Director.
Responsibilities:
Qualified teachers with a background in working with specific
age levels teach:
- Drawing
- Painting
- Printmaking
- Sculpture
- Ceramics
- Fashion Design
Qualifications:
MFA or equivalent, exhibition records, prior experience working
with either children, teens, or adults. Reliable, with
excellent communication skills. Warm, fun and a team player.
