Education
Chinh Le received in Bachelor's of Music Degree and Artist Diploma from Indiana University's School of Music. He has studied with Yuval Yaron, Joseph Gingold, Henryk Kowalsky, and Nelli Schkolnikova.
Performing and Teaching Experience
Chinh is a current member of the Symphony Silicon Valley, Opera San Jose, the San Jose Chamber Orchestra, and the Santa Cruz Symphony, of which he is the Associate Concertmaster. He is also the former director and conductor of the Saigon Chamber Ensemble and the founder of Pacific Music Academy. He has performed solo and chamber music throughout the US, Asia, and Europe.

Chinh has over fifteen years of teaching experience with both individuals and ensembles.
At CSMA
Chinh joined the CSMA Music Faculty in 1991. He teaches private lessons and chamber music. Chinh does not take beginning students. He prepares students for auditions and the ABRSM exams, and he strongly recommends that his students participate in recitals at CSMA.

Personal
Chinh, a native of Vietnam, came to the US in 1980. He is especially interested in rearranging music for string orchestra. He enjoys taking his two children on tour when he plays out-of-town concerts.
