Peninsula Children's Chorale Core Curriculum Ages 10-12

Enjoy participating in this performance-based chorale singing excellent, age-appropriate choral literature in a variety of genres. Rehearsals include vocal warm-ups, correct posture & breathing, musicianship skills, memorization, & presentation. During preview session or first class, each child will be given a brief, individual placement audition to assess pitch-matching, vocal range, rhythmic patterns, & solo singing of a short, familiar song (e.g. "Happy Birthday"). Families & friends will be invited to attend final session for concert in Tateuchi Hall. Max: 25
