CSMA is a unique and critical community resource and an incubator for creativity and self-expression that reaches more than 42,000 people annually. For more than 40 years our community has benefited from our music lessons, art and music classes, camps, free concerts, exhibitions and outreach events. People of all ages, skill levels and economic means are engaged and inspired by art experiences and education provided by CSMA. As a non-profit organization, we live by our credo, Arts for All!

The art classes had a ripple effect on the students creating a higher level of thinking and improving their ability to synthesize information and make connections, which carried over to their regular schoolwork.

We bring art and music classes to over 10,000 students in our Art4Schools and Music4Schools programs. Whether students are second language learners or they struggle in other academic areas, they can find a meaningful way to explore new avenues of learning through the arts.
